We are privileged to be supplied with superlative specialty-grade coffees from Master Roasters Coffee Express Company of Plymouth, Michigan.

DAILY DRIP COFFEES:

(1) “Portofino” – a blend of Costa Rican, Mexican and Colombian Coffees, strongly dosed and darkly roasted for a rich full-bodied brew;

(2) Ethiopian Ghimbi – surprising flavors in a rich-tasting Medium Roast;

(3) “Moka Java” – Medium Roasted coffees from Java, Sumatra and Ethiopia produce a smooth pleasing blend; and

(4) Moka Java Decaf – same flavorful blend decaffeinated - Medium Roast.

 We follow brewing guidelines which include dosing  100 percent or more ground coffee per cup than is typically found in restaurant coffee, to deliver a more flavorful and robust cup to our customers.

ESPRESSO COFFEES:  

Our regular espresso is an Italian (dark) roast blend of Sumatran, Central and South American coffees.

Our decaf espresso is a French (dark) roast blend of Indonesian, Central and South American coffees.

Both produce a deep rich flavor straight up or in a latté or cappuccino.

We continue to sell several bagged coffees in whole bean form (or ground upon request) – located at the foot of our balcony stairs on the “gift shop” shelves.
