The Raven is the only thing I really like about Port Huron. I live in Oregon and I am sure to visit The Raven for an actual great cup of coffee every time I find myself in town. The food never disappoints (good vegetarian selections), the atmosphere is great, and the coffee is always hot. This place is a true gem.

This place captured my attention quickly and has not let it go. One visit is most definitely insufficient to satisfy my appetite. I will be making another stop as soon as I get the chance. Just to take in the atmosphere is more than enough to make me content, but this place has everything available for those who don't care to simply sit. The outstanding food was the icing on the cake (not literally; I didn't have the good fortune of entertaining dessert). The real appeal, though, seems to be that there will always be more there to explore - in the menu, on the walls, in the shelves, on the tables, in the patrons... but it is relaxed; there is no pressure involved. Whether or not you take advantage of that opportunity to seize adventure is entirely up to you.

A 'must' first stop in Port Huron for me. Simple and delicious food choices and an elaborate coffee and tea menu. Get a hot Milky Way Espresso Cafe Latte to go and head off to the Maritime Center.

We were at the Raven last week and though the food was delicious, the sandwich wasn't much more than bread and some lettuce. Needs more filling! The clam chowder soup was fabulous but we were sadden to learn that it was only a trial soup and may not be continued. The wait staff was superb and we will be stopping by again soon. Please put some vegan items on the menu or at least some vegetarian items.
